The Summer reader Book Tag

Heya Buddies! I’m here with another book Tag and this time I was actually tagged😀.  Isn’t that great? I was tagged by Bookmates. So let’s get started!

1. Lemonade- Pick a Book that started off bitter but got better.

The Selection trilogy. When I started this,  I wasn’t sure I would like it. But I was soo wrong and now I love this trilogy. What can I say? It’s beautiful!

2. Golden Sun: Pick a book that made you smile beyond compare.

Play by Kylie Scott. I have never laughed so hard in my life. Mal is absolutely hilarious. Don’t believe me? Read the review. Or go read the book, or just an excerpt. Actually go ti the goodreads page and read the reviews. You’ll figure out how funny he is.

3. Tropical flowers: Pick a book set in foreign country.

Most of the books I’ve read are set in a foreign country but I’m gonna go with The Mortal Instruments set in New York!

4. Tree Shade: Pick a book in which a mysterious or shady character was first introduced.

I’ll pick two characters because I just can’t choose.

Rhysand from A court of thorns and Roses by Sarah J Mass.  (Review) When I first met Rhysand I knew there was more to him than he showed. The Mysterious Character Award goes to……. RHYSAND! 😀😀😂

The next is The Darkling from Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. If you’ve read the series, then I don’t even need to explain. No one can resist the charms of the mysterious Darkling.

5. Beach Sand: Pick a book that was grainy and the plot barely developed.

Incarnate by Jodi Meadows. This book had so much potential but the plot was just not good enough for the premise. I hated this book for that!

6. Green Grass: Pick the character(s)  that were full of life,  making you smile.

Percy Jackson series! And  heroes of olympus series. All the characters were amazing and full of life. And they made me smile a lot. Remember Leo Valdez? And Percy too!

7. Watermelon: Pick a book that had some juicy secrets.

Poison Study by Maria V Snyder. This whole series is filled with exciting and juicy secrets.

8. Sun hat : Pick a book that had vast big universe/ setting.

Game of Thrones by George R R Martin. Yeah it’s quite big. Both the book and the setting.

9. BBQ : Pick a book in which the character was potrayed as a hunk.

You say Hunk,  I say Travis Maddox. Mad dog Maddox is THE HUNK! From Beautiful disaster series.

10. Summer Fun: Pass the tag on.
