Currently Reading:
I think about Time travelling and my mind jumps off to Doctor Who. And I start having HUGE expectations. I just started reading this and I don’t know if it will be worth it.
Recently finished :
I have read lots of books this week.
The Dark Elements series by Jennifer L Armentrout
Don’t judge it by the covers. I don’t like them either but the books were pretty good. I have a new book boyfriend in my list. ROTH! Amazing. There are wardens who are gargoyles turned humans. And there are demons. And then there’s Layla who is half-warden and half-demon. I didn’t actually review any books I read this week. But yeah I liked this series.
I gave this book 4 stars. And I will read the sequel soon. Yes, THIS is the book I added based on its cover alone. But it was interesting too. Didn’t expect that.
Ratings: 4/5 stars.
I Loved the Young Elites and ever since I read that book I have been waiting for this one. I finally got to it and it was so AMAZING! I didn’t mind having a book hangover because of this book. Because Marie Lu has magic in her hands.
Never Always Sometimes by Adi Alsaid
Ratings: 3/5 stars.
Although, now that I think about it, I should have given it 2 stars because it was just a waste of my time. I wish I would have spent that time reading something else.
The stars never rise by Rachel Vincent
Rating: 4 stars
An interesting book. A world filled with demons, rogue Exorcists and fake exorcists. I really want the sequel to this.
Read next:
This is the sequel to The Jewel. Another beautiful cover, right?
This is the 3rd book in the Slammed trilogy. Also Colleen Hoover, my new favourite author. 🙂
And that’s all for today. My exams are over and I Am Back.
Okay bye.

I haven’t read Young Elites, and I have such mixed feelings about it. I mean, I want to read it because I LOVED the Legend trilogy and want to read more from Marie Lu, but then I’m so afraid I won’t like it because I’m gonna have HUGE expectations because of Legend; I know I’m gonna keep comparing them all the time.

You should just read it. And think you’re reading a debut author. Because it is NOTHING like Legend and still completely amazing.

I have heard amazing things about Colleen Hoover, but I haven’t gotten a chance to read anything by her. I should rememdy that immediately! Thank you for the post…these all look amazing.

Start with Confess or Ugly love. Those two are one of my favorites. Or maybe wait for November 9. But read something of her. 😀

Thank you! I will definitely start with those. She will be on my immediate to read list. 😀

I’ve just said to another blogger that I haven’t read anything by Colleen Hoover yet. I’m thinking of waiting to see what everyone makes of November 9 and perhaps start with that one.
I like the sound of the whole Gem Trilogy – like you say, time travel books are very appealing!

November 9 has had some good reviews from the ARC readers so far. And I am so excited for the book. Also, Ruby Red turned out to be a little bit of a disappointment. Happy reading 🙂
